Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field within a corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws and standard HR compliance protocols.
- Proven ability to navigate complex employee relations issues with empathy and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Psychology; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms and project management tools.
