Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Drive performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and professional development planning.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
- Manage HRIS data integrity and provide analytics-driven reporting to inform executive decision-making.
- Administer benefits programs and oversee payroll processes in coordination with Finance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations, preferably in a tech-forward environment.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable people strategies.
