Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights into retention and talent development.
- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to foster a welcoming culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Management, or a similar role.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting pipelines and talent acquisition strategies.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills.
