Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Management.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional knowledge of US labor laws and federal/state employment regulations.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Strong emotional intelligence and excellent stakeholder management skills.
