Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and professional development to offboarding.
- Develop and implement equitable compensation and benefits structures.
- Drive internal communication initiatives to boost organizational alignment and culture.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on employee relations and performance management.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for workforce optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
