Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Manage full-cycle performance review processes and career development programs.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll integration, and HRIS data integrity.
- Facilitate employee relations and mediate conflict resolution with a focus on equity.
- Provide expert coaching and advisory services to senior management and leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Management.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Deep understanding of US labor law, compensation benchmarking, and DE&I best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on people analytics and reporting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
