Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent management strategies that align with company goals.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and diverse pipeline.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism.
- Manage HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and actionable reporting on key HR metrics.
- Champion organizational culture initiatives, including DEI programs, wellness perks, and team engagement events.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and labor regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to evolve compensation and benefits packages to remain market-competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a tech-forward or high-growth startup environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal compliance.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with extreme discretion and confidentiality.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
