Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Management or People Operations.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in California employment law and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to use HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or Rippling).
- Strong emotional intelligence and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Proven track record of building and scaling company culture in a fast-paced environment.
