Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier global talent.
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and internal company policies.
- Lead performance management cycles and provide coaching to managers on employee development.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or People Operations, preferably in a tech-forward environment.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional proficiency in HRIS platforms and modern workplace productivity tools.
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws and standard HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and professional discretion.
