Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Oversee total rewards, compensation benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with department heads to facilitate talent development and succession planning.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and provide analytics-driven insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced technology environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of managing complex employee relations cases with discretion.
- Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
