Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management and leadership coaching.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including benefits administration, compensation benchmarking, and compliance.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture through data-driven engagement programs.
- Partner with executive leadership to forecast headcount planning and workforce modeling.
- Oversee HRIS implementation and optimization to streamline employee self-service workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a tech-forward or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of scaling HR operations from 50 to 200+ employees.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws, compliance, and employment regulations.
- Expertise in utilizing HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred).
