Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage organizational development initiatives, including performance management and career pathing.
- Oversee HR compliance, payroll operations, and benefits administration for a remote-first team.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, belonging, and high performance through strategic engagement programs.
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies.
- Analyze people data to provide actionable insights on retention, compensation, and diversity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in a tech-forward environment.
- Deep knowledge of California and Federal labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of managing HRIS systems (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, or Workday).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
