Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment pipelines, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management cycles.
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and internal corporate policies.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist or management capacity.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Strong understanding of California labor regulations and federal employment law.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with high levels of discretion and integrity.
