Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business growth objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management cycles.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Lead organizational development initiatives including training and professional growth.
- Leverage HRIS data to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor law and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Proven track record of managing complex employee relations cases.
