- Design and implement engaging onboarding programs and ongoing professional development tracks.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and internal policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership regarding culture and turnover.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or People Operations, preferably in a tech or agency environment.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Proven ability to manage complex HRIS implementations and data reporting.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
