Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts and talent acquisition processes.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management cycles.
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance culture and employee engagement.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and provide insightful people analytics to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws and HR compliance best practices.
- Proven ability to coach management and navigate complex employee relations issues.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
