Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and onboarding strategies.
- Lead performance management cycles to foster a culture of high performance and continuous feedback.
- Oversee total rewards, including benefits administration, payroll compliance, and compensation benchmarking.
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with federal and California state employment laws.
- Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
- Cultivate a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment through targeted programs and training.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management capacity.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Deep working knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance best practices.
- Proven ability to leverage HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR) to drive efficiency.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Strong data literacy with the ability to translate people metrics into actionable insights.
