Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to foster employee engagement and retention.
- Manage HR compliance and ensure all policies align with federal and California state regulations.
- Partner with leadership to cultivate a high-performance culture through structured coaching and feedback.
- Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Manage benefits administration and facilitate open enrollment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within high-growth tech or professional services.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Proven track record of managing conflict resolution and complex employee relations cases.
