Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives and growth goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment pipelines and talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management cycles with a focus on coaching and development.
- Design and implement competitive total rewards, benefits, and wellness programs to boost employee retention.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze people-centric data to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or SPHR certification preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a tech or professional services environment.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and federal employment regulations.
- Proven expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment and performance management systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive personnel matters.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Gusto).
