Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies and streamline talent acquisition pipelines.
- Develop and implement performance management systems that drive accountability and growth.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring fair practices and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll operations for accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights to executive leadership regarding retention and engagement.
- Spearhead organizational development programs and internal communications strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Management.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to navigate HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Excellent emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning and budget management.
