- Manage total rewards programs, including benefits administration and salary benchmarking.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or People Business Partner roles.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and payroll compliance.
- Proven track record in managing HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
