Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and professional development programs.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks that foster continuous growth and accountability.
- Manage complex employee relations cases with empathy, discretion, and strict legal compliance.
- Partner with leadership to optimize organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
- Oversee benefits administration, compensation benchmarking, and HR information systems (HRIS) data integrity.
- Spearhead culture-building initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Proven track record of managing sensitive employee relations with emotional intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
