Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process for technical and non-technical roles.
- Oversee performance management programs, including semi-annual reviews and goal-setting frameworks.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a supportive and compliant workplace environment.
- Analyze HR metrics and turnover data to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies.
- Facilitate internal learning and development workshops to foster continuous growth.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, People Ops, or Generalist roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
- Strong understanding of California labor laws and payroll compliance.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build a positive company culture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
