Your Role & Responsibilities
As our Operations Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our daily activities. Your primary focus will be on enhancing productivity, managing resources effectively, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Analyze current operational workflows and implement strategic improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) and ERP systems.
