Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including warehouse management, inventory control, and last-mile delivery coordination
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery
- Drive vendor management relationships and negotiate service-level agreements
- Implement KPI monitoring systems and generate performance analytics reports
- Coordinate disaster recovery protocols and business continuity planning
- Collaborate with tech teams on WMS/TMS system integrations and enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in operations leadership with 3+ in logistics/supply chain
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- APAC regional operations management experience essential
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation highly valued
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for regional stakeholder engagement
