Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost analysis
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP required
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making experience
