Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows across logistics, inventory, and distribution channels
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies to reduce costs and enhance productivity
- Oversee vendor management and strategic partnerships to ensure seamless supply chain integration
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track operational performance and drive data-driven decisions
- Manage a team of 8-12 operations specialists, fostering professional growth and high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain ISO 9001 certification standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in logistics optimization, inventory control, and distribution network design
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent operational excellence credentials
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with experience in crisis management and contingency planning
- Strong strategic thinker with ability to translate business goals into actionable operational plans
