Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead 10+ cross-functional teams including warehouse, procurement, and logistics specialists
- Analyze KPIs using Power BI and Tableau to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL partners
- Develop and maintain ISO 9001 and Lean Six Sigma compliance standards
- Oversee $5M+ operational budget with quarterly financial forecasting
- Drive digital transformation projects including WMS and TMS implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics or operations leadership
- Proven expertise in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong background in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams across multiple time zones
- Certification in CPIM or CSCP highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
