Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams across procurement, logistics, and customer service departments
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for operational performance monitoring
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in operations management with 3+ in logistics/supply chain
- Professional certification (Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, CSCP, or CPIM) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost optimization
- Proven track record of leading process improvement projects
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
