Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze operational KPIs to identify bottlenecks and data-driven optimization opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure supply chain resilience
- Oversee inventory management and distribution networks across multiple channels
- Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure operational continuity during disruptions
- Collaborate with IT to integrate emerging technologies like AI into operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within tech or e-commerce
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certification a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budget forecasting
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to lead complex projects under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
