- Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow across logistics, inventory, and distribution channels
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve service delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing mentorship and driving performance through KPI monitoring
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to negotiate contracts and maintain service level agreements
- Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency plans for operational disruptions
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within logistics or tech
- Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex operational issues
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation highly valued
