Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable operational workflows for high-volume fulfillment centers
- Leverage data analytics to optimize inventory management and reduce logistics costs by 20%
- Lead cross-departmental projects bridging engineering, sales, and customer support teams
- Develop KPI dashboards and quarterly performance reports for executive leadership
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with strategic partners
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage $2M+ operational budget with P&L responsibility
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with 3+ in tech or e-commerce
- Proven track record optimizing supply chains in high-growth environments
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional projects
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
