Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor end-to-end operational workflows to maximize productivity and cost-efficiency
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives including inventory management, vendor relations, and quality assurance
- Analyze KPIs using data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Develop and maintain compliance protocols ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and OSHA standards
- Manage $2M+ operational budget with quarterly forecasting and variance analysis
- Mentor 8-person team through performance reviews, skill development, and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic planning and digital transformation roadmap
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership with SaaS or logistics background
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certification required)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budget optimization
- Certified in project management (PMP or Agile/Scrum methodologies)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
