Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine operational workflows to maximize productivity and scalability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive operations management experience in tech or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process optimization and lean methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management and P&L oversight
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent preferred
