Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows across logistics, supply chain, and client services
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure service excellence and cost-effectiveness
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance metrics and drive data-driven decisions
- Oversee inventory management systems and implement predictive analytics for demand forecasting
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with engineering, sales, and support teams
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal operational standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management with SaaS or fintech exposure
- Proven expertise in process optimization, workflow automation, and Lean methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing remote teams of 10+ professionals
- Project management certification (PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt) highly desirable
