Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational workflows to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure supply chain resilience
- Develop and maintain compliance protocols for industry regulations and internal standards
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects including logistics, inventory management, and quality control
- Present operational insights to executive leadership to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations management with P&L responsibility
- Proven expertise in process optimization tools (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics platforms
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with SaaS or manufacturing experience
- Certification in APICS, CSCP, or CPIM highly desirable
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
