Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation logistics.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing daily operations while maintaining service level agreements.
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize procurement and distribution strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and technology adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and logistics technology (WMS, TMS).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Exceptional project management abilities with track record of delivering measurable results.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or CSCP highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across departments.
