Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable operational workflows across production, logistics, and customer service departments
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and develop data-driven solutions for process optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives with measurable ROI targets
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective resource allocation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive risk mitigation protocols for operational continuity
- Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma methodologies and lean principles
- Prepare executive dashboards and reports for senior leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with SaaS or manufacturing background
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and inventory management systems
- Advanced proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) and Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+
