- Develop crisis response protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Drive sustainability initiatives through carbon footprint reduction programs
- Mentor junior operations specialists using competency-based training frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ in leadership
- APAC regional supply chain implementation experience
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent operational certification
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM and Tableau analytics
- Demonstrated success in reducing operational costs by 20%+
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
