- Overhaul supply chain processes through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and automation tools
- Develop disaster recovery plans ensuring 99.9% operational uptime
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost reduction

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Proven track record in logistics optimization and process automation
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies
