Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable operational workflows using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing multi-site logistics and inventory management systems
- Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for critical supply chain components
- Develop disaster recovery protocols ensuring 99.9% operational uptime
- Oversee compliance with OSHA, ISO, and industry-specific regulations
- Mentor 5-7 direct reports through performance development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and WMS implementation
- Proven track record in reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Strong data literacy with proficiency in Power BI/Tableau
- Professional certifications (CPIM, CSCP, or PMP) highly valued
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with crisis management experience
- Ability to travel 10-15% for site assessments and team offsites
