Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end operational frameworks reducing process waste by 30%+
- Lead cross-functional teams in Lean Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Analyze complex operational data using Tableau/Power BI to identify optimization opportunities
- Oversee vendor management and logistics networks across 3+ geographic regions
- Develop KPI dashboards and implement real-time monitoring systems
- Drive digital transformation through ERP system optimization and automation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Business Analytics; MBA preferred
