Responsibilities
- Execute Visual Standards: Maintain high-quality visual merchandising across all assigned locations, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact.
- Product Placement Strategy: Analyze sales data to optimize product hierarchy, ensuring best-selling items are front and center.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock audits, manage back-of-house organization, and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of fixtures, signage, and promotional materials.
- Merchandising Support: Assist in the setup of seasonal floor plans, promotional events, and window displays.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company operational policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail operations, visual merchandising, or store management.
- Skills: Strong understanding of retail KPIs and visual merchandising principles.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS (Point of Sale) systems (e.g., SAP, NCR).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
