Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive visual merchandising plans that align with seasonal trends and brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product assortment and floor layout for maximum conversion.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create in-store activations and promotional displays.
- Train and mentor store staff on proper product presentation and customer engagement techniques.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail merchandising or visual merchandising.
- Strong proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required).
- Exceptional aesthetic sense with a keen attention to detail and spatial awareness.
