Responsibilities
- Visual Merchandising: Design and implement compelling store layouts and product displays that maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and execute replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Market Analysis: Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and market data to recommend product assortment changes and promotional strategies.
- Store Audits: Perform routine visits to retail locations to ensure strict adherence to brand standards, visual directives, and operational procedures.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to align seasonal campaigns with in-store merchandising efforts and point-of-sale materials.
- Vendor Liaison: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and resolve logistical issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail merchandising or visual display.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in retail management systems (RMS), SAP, or Oracle is highly desirable.
- Analytical Ability: Strong aptitude for data analysis and the ability to interpret sales reports to drive decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse teams.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various store locations and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
