Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end merchandising strategies that align with brand identity and financial targets.
- Analyze weekly sales performance, inventory turn, and margin metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build balanced and cohesive seasonal product assortments.
- Lead vendor negotiations on pricing, delivery timelines, and exclusive product offerings.
- Partner with digital and visual merchandising teams to optimize product presentation across all touchpoints.
- Conduct continuous competitive analysis and market research to anticipate shifts in consumer demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail buying or merchandise management, preferably in fashion or lifestyle categories.
- Advanced proficiency in retail math, financial planning, and inventory management systems.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable vendor terms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional relationships.
