- Collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery of merchandise to store locations.
- Train and mentor store associates on merchandising standards and customer engagement techniques.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using point-of-sale (POS) systems and merchandising software.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with operational policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, operations, or visual display.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and market trends.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Fashion Merchandising preferred.
