Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and shifts in consumer behavior.
- Analyze sales performance data, inventory turnover, and profit margins to optimize product assortment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Retail Management, Fashion Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail merchandising, buying, or category management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
