Responsibilities
- Design and execute preclinical research studies focusing on oncology and immunology
- Analyze complex genomic and proteomic datasets using advanced bioinformatics tools
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating laboratory findings into clinical applications
- Prepare regulatory documentation and ensure compliance with FDA/ICH guidelines
- Present research findings at international conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize laboratory protocols for efficiency
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related medical field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in translational research
- Proficiency in CRISPR, flow cytometry, and next-generation sequencing
- Proven track record of publishing in high-impact journals
- Strong knowledge of GGLP and FDA regulatory frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to secure and manage research grants
