Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and quality improvement initiatives across 15+ departments
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols aligned with JCAHO standards
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in complex case management and patient safety programs
- Represent medical affairs in hospital strategic planning and budget development
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Massachusetts healthcare regulations
- Mentor junior physicians through our robust academic partnership
Qualifications
- MD/DO degree with board certification in relevant specialty (Internal Medicine, Surgery, or Pediatrics)
- 10+ years progressive clinical leadership experience in acute care setting
- Active Massachusetts medical license without restrictions
- Demonstrated success in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
- Strong background in healthcare administration and regulatory compliance
- Published research in peer-reviewed medical journals preferred
